L9I Anime - There's No Better Place Than This

Hi ladies and gents, GITs here.

There have been some comments asking about old user accounts. I thought I should just clarify things for you. L9I is no longer an anime forum, we are going to be making a "sister site" for that purpose, the only reason you would really want to register on this site is so that you can have your name attached to the comments... and so that you will be updated by email of any new information which we post up.

If you DO create an account on this site, it will NOT work on the new forum when we put that into place. For now we are just concentrating on distribution.

I hope this clarifies things for you.

In other news, the Torrent Tracker will be coming online in the next day or so, and will then begin being stocked with any new releases which we get. The IRC channel is still available (will be placing the Java applet back up here soon so you can access that without a seperate client) and we are still operating nicely over there.

Hello again everyone, welcome back to L9I Anime. Sorry about the down-time, we had a load of trouble with our server hosting, the databases crashed entirely... You may have noticed that the XDCC IRC bots were also removed, this is because of a change in hosting on the anime holding server, don't worry, the bots should be back in the near future.

As you may have noticed, the forums have been removed from the site. We are still looking at options on this front and will probably end up running a sister site which will hold a new area for discussion.

We should be bringing a Torrent Tracker online shortly which will be seeding the most recent releases from the fansubbing community on our high bandwidth server, which should provide base seeding speeds of up to 100Mb/s for your enjoyment.

I've set it so you can comment on these pages without needing to register an account with us. So go ahead, we will be moderating any comments, so no spam please.

So, yes, welcome back to L9I, there's no better place than this.
